I met the Owner of GEC, Brad at a recent event and after hearing his origin story, I decided to give the Pre-Training a try...I'm a Believer! I have been taking Pre-workout of some sort for nearly a decade and this is the BEST ONE EVER! It is long lasting and I don't get the nausea I get from others on the market. I've tried my fair share of pre-workouts over the years, but GEC's formula is on a whole different level. The energy hits fast and smooth—no jitters, no crash—just clean, sustained focus and power throughout my entire workout. The pump is insane, and I actually look forward to taking it because the flavor is on point too. It helps me push harder, lift heavier, and stay dialed in from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their training!

I am 71 years old. I am not a body builder, but I do resistance training 1-2 times a week to maintain strength and endurance. My main interest is playing sports, ie., softball, tennis and pickleball. I take LFL primarily before playing my games and I find I have more energy and focus than ever before. This really helps to give me a competitive edge. The only downside is the price, and therefore I am looking for less expensive alternatives.
