By accessing geneticedgecompounds.net, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

GEC products are intended for healthy adults engaged in resistance training. You must meet the following requirements to purchase:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are not pregnant, nursing, or being treated for a pre-existing medical condition without physician approval.
• You provide accurate, current account and payment information.

Products & Formulations

All product descriptions, ingredient panels, and label claims are provided for informational purposes. GEC formulations are built around branded, named ingredients including Velositol®, Senactiv®, S7®, and SCENTISPHERE®.

Individual results vary based on training, nutrition, genetics, and consistency. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.

Promotional codes and bundle discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the GEC wordmark, logos, product names, photography, and copy — is the property of Genetic Edge Compounds or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright law. Trademarks such as Muscle Potion™, Glycoshred™, and Anatrope™ may not be used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use and pursue a return under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM CST typically ship the same business day; all others ship within 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer the following options at checkout. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders.

• FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (3–5 business days).
• Standard Shipping — flat $5.95 under $75.
• Expedited 2-Day and Overnight options calculated at checkout.
• Active Subscribe & Save members ship free on every recurring order.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Free international shipping applies to orders over $215. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Delays & Lost Packages

GEC is not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

30-Day Performance Guarantee

Try any GEC product risk-free. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, you’re eligible for a refund or replacement — even if the tub is opened and partially used.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following must apply:

• The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The product was purchased directly from geneticedgecompounds.net.
• You can provide your order number or proof of purchase.
• Limit of one opened return per product flavor per household.

How to Start a Return

Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within one business day with a prepaid return label or next steps. Do not ship items back before receiving authorization.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving a guarantee claim. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no need to return the original.

How Subscriptions Work

When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you enroll in automatic recurring deliveries at your selected frequency (every 4 weeks by default). You save 10% on every recurring order and unlock free U.S. shipping.

Billing & Renewal

Your saved payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date. We’ll send a reminder email before every shipment so there are no surprises.

Modifying or Skipping

You’re in full control. From your account dashboard you can:

• Change your delivery frequency at any time.
• Swap flavors or products before the next renewal.
• Skip an upcoming shipment with one click.
• Update your payment or shipping details.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime, with no fees or penalties. Changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to apply to that order.

Price Changes

Subscription pricing may change with notice. We’ll email you before any price adjustment takes effect, giving you the chance to modify or cancel.
